Progress Report

If any criteria are Partially Met or Not Met at the time of the previous progress review or accreditation review, the program is asked to submit a Progress Report responding to each request outlined within the Accreditation Review and Status Report.

The Progress Report is submitted by the program on or before the due date; it should respond to each request and provide evidence to demonstrate the program’s compliance with the identified criteria. The expected format of the Progress Report is the same as that of the SSR.

The Progress Report is used by the members of the Accreditation Committee in the accreditation decision-making process.

Accreditation Award

The Accreditation Committee reviews all the information related to the review (the requests sent to the program following the previous progress review or accreditation review and the Progress Report submitted by the program) and makes an accreditation award decision.

Notice to Program

Following the Accreditation Committee meeting, notification of the program’s accreditation award is sent to the Program Director and to the Dean of the Faculty in which the program is located.

If there are any criteria which remain Partially Met or Not Met, the program is asked to submit a Progress Report responding to the requests outlined within the Accreditation Review and Status Report. The due date for submission of the Progress Report is included in the report.
