As the OTA & PTA EAP Program Manager, Kathleen Raum brings over 25 years of progressive leadership and diverse clinical and administrative experience to the PEAC team. Her work across hospital, community, school, and private practice settings has provided her with a unique, integrated perspective on the healthcare system, where she has actively supported several hospital accreditations.
Kathleen is dedicated to building capacity and fostering professional growth. This is demonstrated through her successful mentorship of students and mid-career occupational therapists and her ongoing commitment to facilitating workshops and presenting at national and international conferences.
Certified in Lean Six Sigma, Kathleen has a proven record of leading successful quality improvement and sustainability initiatives. She continues to drive health innovation as a program coordinator for a regional self-management program and as a moderator for a community of practice dedicated to advancing health literacy and equity. She holds two degrees from Western University and joined the PEAC team in the summer of 2021.
