Tracy (she/her) is a physiotherapist in Vancouver, BC where she has been the coordinator of the Rehabilitation Assistant Diploma program at Capilano University for over 20 years. Clinically, she provides physiotherapy home services to older adults with mobility and balance challenges. Tracy graduated from Queen’s University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Memorial University in 2011 with a Master of Education and the University of British Columbia in 2017 with a Master of Science (Rehabilitation Science).
Tracy is a member and past Chair of Canadian OTA PTA Educators Council (COPEC), a three-term member of the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) and a Peer Review Team member and chair for a number of accreditation reviews of OTA and PTA programs.
Tracy joined the PEAC Board of Directors in 2026.
