    2. Any dispute, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms of Use shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city of London in the Province of Ontario.

    1. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and PEAC with respect to your use of the Website. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, such provision will be stricken and the remaining provisions enforced. Notwithstanding any other provisions of these Terms of Use, any provision of these Terms of Use that governs continuing rights or obligations on you or us will survive the termination of these Terms of Use, including, without limitation, the indemnification and limitation of liability provisions.
